Terms of Service
By downloading or using WTD, you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable — not to trap you.
By using WTD, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to the macOS application and any related services.
License to use WTD
WTD grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Mac device you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these terms.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Sell, sublicense, or transfer the app to another person
- Use the app to build a competing product
Your Google account
WTD requires a Google account to function. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials.
WTD accesses your Google Calendar and Google Tasks data on your behalf via Google's official APIs. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.
Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service. WTD is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Purchases and trial
WTD offers a 7-day free trial and a one-time lifetime purchase processed through the Apple App Store.
- The trial gives full access for 7 days from first activation.
- The lifetime purchase unlocks the app permanently with no recurring fees.
- All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms.
- Refund requests must be submitted through Apple. WTD cannot process refunds directly.
If Apple changes its billing or refund policies, those changes apply to purchases made through the App Store.
Acceptable use
You agree to use WTD only for its intended purpose — accessing your own Google Calendar and Google Tasks data. You agree not to:
- Use the app to access accounts you do not own or have authorization to use
- Attempt to circumvent any purchase or trial restrictions
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or Google's terms
Availability and updates
WTD is provided on an ongoing basis, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may stop working if Google changes its APIs, Apple changes macOS, or we decide to discontinue the product.
We may release updates that change features or behavior. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Disclaimer of warranties
WTD is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the app. Because WTD reads and writes directly to your Google account, always ensure your data is backed up through Google's own tools.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTD and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of productivity.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of WTD shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of WTD after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
